San Antonio’s Original (and only) Mud Run!
The Athletes Foot’s Annual Muddy Mayhem is destined to become a legend. The race course for this year’s 8K run stretches across a beautiful Texas ranch and miles of spectacular scenery. With cross country and road running, mud climbs, mud crawls, hay bale climbs, mud pits and other obstacles (more than last year), this year’s Muddy Mayhem promises to be even more challenging and fun—not to mention muddier.

The gun goes off at 10 AM sharp Saturday, April 14 at 5418 Cacias Road in San Antonio. Early registration through Sat., April 7, 2012. Register in person or by regular mail (postmark deadline April 2, 2012) with check payable to The Athlete’s Foot at 923 N Loop 1604 E, San Antonio. Or register online here. Late registration takes place at the course on Cacias between 8 and 9:30 AM.
2nd Annual Muddy Mayhem Prizes
Muddy Mayhem runners will be classified in three age groups. The top three women and top three men in each age group will receive Medals. All participants will receive a certificate to The Athlete’s Foot in San Antonio.
After the race, a done and dirty party
What’s a great mud run without a post race party? At the finish line, we’ll have beer, food and music to help you celebrate your 8K run. Water for cleaning will be available, along with tents for changing. We recommend you have a towel and a change of clothes to help you enjoy the festivities.
Registration fees and packet pickups
Muddy Mayhem registration fees include your tech shirt, beer, food, and all the mud you want.
Individual Registration
Through Friday, April 7, 2012, the fee is $45.00 per entry (age 14+).
April 8, 2012 through race day, the fee is $55.00 (14+)
Team Registration
Teams consist of 4 members. Teams can be co-ed and are not age-specific.
Through Friday, April 7, 2012, the fee is $180.00 per entry (age 14+).
April 8, 2012 through race day, the fee is $220.00 (14+).
Packet pickup time for early registrants is Friday, April 13th. Pick up your race number and tech shirt between 10 AM and 6 PM at The Athlete’s Foot. If you register on the day of the race, your race number and tech shirt will be available at the race site.
