Learn to Run & 5K Training Program



Have you ever wanted to be a runner, but thought it was impossible?

This physician-developed RUN/WALK program provides a safe, gradual, and FUN way to exercise for women of all ages and fitness levels.   You get the structure of a training plan with the support and motivation of a group.  We encourage women to exercise at their own comfortable pace.  You no longer have to be intimidated by running!

CLASS SCHEDULE:

Learn To Run & 5K:  Must be able to walk briskly for 30 minutes, 3 times per week.

12 week program starts: March 12, 2012 and lasts through May 30

Class meets on Mondays & Wednesdays
 
8:30 AM - 9:30 AM

Cost: $120

REGISTRATION DEADLINE is Monday, March 5

Class size is limited, so register early!  Jogging strollers welcome! 

Walk-in registration at Orientation Meeting on a space-available basis.
